PC4A Transfer Scholarship
To provide financial support and encourage transfers to four-year institutions, PC4A is offering scholarships to PC4A community college students and alumni who transfer into IUP's Computer Science -Cybersecurity Track program!
Scholarship Benefits
Students who are awarded the PC4A Transfer Scholarship will receive the following:

Full in-state tuition for one semester​

Opportunities to participate in innovative research projects through the Department of Mathematics and Computer Sciences and to work closely with department faculty

Possible extension of scholarship for additional semesters (dependent on funding)
Eligibility Requirements

Must be a current student or graduate from a PC4A Partner School:

Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0

Must be a full-time student

If the applicant is a graduate, they must have graduated within the last five years, or have graduated within the last 10 years and worked in a computer science-related field after graduation

Must enroll in IUP's Computer Science/Cybersecurity track bachelor's degree program

Application deadline is May 21, 2026. All applicants will be notified of their award status within three weeks of the application deadline.
