CompTIA A+ Workshop

Participating Partner:

Montgomery County Community College

A CompTIA A+ cert-prep workshop was offered to students to help prepare them for the certification exam. 12 students participated in the workshop, and all were awarded an exam voucher. One student attempted the exam and earned their certification.

A CompTIA A+ cert-prep workshop was offered to students to help prepare them for the certification exam. 12 students participated in the workshop, and four were awarded an exam voucher. Four students attempted the exam, and two earned their certification.

Philly Bsides Cybersecurity Event

Participating Partner:

Northampton Community College

Eight students from NCC attended the BSides Cybersecurity Event held in Philadelphia, PA. Students were able to learn about changes in the industry and compete in a competition in which they placed second.

Winder Area High School Project Presentation

Participating Partner:

Penn Highlands Community College

The PHCC intern presented cybersecurity program information and an overview of the PC4A Project to students at Windber Area High School.
