Co-PIs attended the 32nd Annual Showcase for Commerce and made connections with various DoD contractors, private business, and educational institutions.

InfoSec Security+ Bootcamp

Participating Partner:

Westmoreland County Community College

Co-PI Michael Caglia attended the weeklong bootcamp provided by InfoSec and at the conclusion of the bootcamp, successfully obtained a CompTIA Security+ certification.

Comp. Sci Advisory Board Meeting

Participating Partner:

Bucks County Community College

The Advisory Board invited STEM faculty and local employers to provide feedback on the level of employment preparedness and curriculum for two STEM majors. Employers present represented Visual Software, Inc., The eNeighborhood Project, and Mtech AI Solutions.

Cisco CCNA Workshop

Participating Partner:

Montgomery County Community College

A Cisco CCNA cert-prep workshop was offered to students to help prepare them for the certification exam. 11 students participated in the workshop, and all were awarded an exam voucher. All students attempted the exam, and six earned their certification.
