Homer-Center High School Visit

The PC4A Program Director presented a talk to Homer-Center high school students to share information on cybersecurity education efforts, current research, and scholarship opportunities available at IUP, and the PC4A project.

River Valley Roundtable w/ PA Labor and Industry Secretary

Indiana University of Pennsylvania
The PC4A Program Director was invited to participate in a round table discussion hosted by River Valley STEAM Academy with PA L&I Secretary Jennifer Berrier. The focus of this event was to discuss the shortage of skilled workers.

CompTIA Network+ Workshop
Participating Partner:
Penn Highlands Community College
A CompTIA Network+ cert-prep workshop was offered to students to help prepare them for the certification exam. Three students participated in the workshop, and allwere awarded an exam voucher. Due to multiple factors, no students participating in this workshop attempted the certification exam.

A CompTIA Network+ cert-prep workshop was offered to students to help prepare them for the certification exam. Three students participated in the workshop, and all were awarded an exam voucher. Two students attempted the exam, and both earned their certification.
